I had a wonderful visit. It was my first time and the staff made sure I knew what to do. The whole place was spotless and relaxing. I arrived early, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and provided mint tea and magazines to read while I waited. The steam room was relaxing, the treatment invigorating! Noura made everyone feel at ease with the right balance of no nonsense humour and professional skill needed for a first visit. I will definitely return!
