Quite disappointing experience. I did both manicure and pedicure with Shellac, the pedicure was great but the manicure was a complete fail - the coating was painted too far away from the cuticle, so the manicure looked a month old despite being a week old. And the coating started falling off on day 12, about which I wrote an email enquiring whether there’s any quality guarantee for Shellac - no answer. I came to remove Shellac, expecting some kind of reimbursement or apology-nothing. Nie wieder
