The manicure service lacked proper hygiene and attention to detail. There was no sterilization due to a broken fan.The high-speed machine removal of the gel was painful and made the tool heat up, causing me to pull my hand away.Cuticle removal was incomplete, and the gel application missed parts of the nails.The filing was painful as the coarse side of the file was used on my natural nails, causing injury to my cuticles.My pinky finger became infected from over-filing.hope for better results
