2nd appointment: The assistant always prepares to do a Shellack auffülen when I specifically booked a Gel. He also leaves a considerable gap between the cuticle and the nail when applying the product/nail polish so the growth of the nail is visible from the early days following the appointment… I‘ll address the above in my next visit.
