It was a relaxing experience overall. The big comfy chair has a massage feature and they offer you a drink. The pedicure was very good, relaxing, no pain, the guy was very mindful of what he was doing. I ended up adding nail polish service. It seemed like gel polish, a little rough on the edges but overall good.
