The manicure table was clean, but the manicure lamp was all in the nail dust and covered with spots. the manicure tools were not unpacked in front of me, which makes me question the sterilisation and hygiene aspects. The personnel was talking to each other quite loudly over me, which wasn’t too comforting. And I was not aware that the cost of simple colouring of nails in more than 2 colours without nail-design would cost 5 Euro more - for each color, even though I have paid for color manicure
