My experience was terrible, I look now like a clown. I tried 3 times to ask about the color palette and the final color - your emploee refused to discuss the result, I ask about multicolor option (more than 2) - like balayage or ombre or foile (my budget was 300 euro) - she refused to even discussed. I ask about bleaching - she refused. So, finally, she took 2 very different colors - one too dark and second too blonde and make some kind of contrast strands. I am like a clown now.
