I want to preface this by saying there was a clear language barrier, but even when I tried very hard to use my German there was little conversation, guidance, explanation, clarity. I tried to ask a few times, what's happening next? What's this for? For a one part of the treatment, something was put on my face and nothing else happened for 10 minutes.. I was confused and didn't know if we had to wait or what was happening. Treatment was good but, unfortunately, experience not so much.
