They refused to do any nail art, even though I of course offered the extra money and no one was booked after me. The technician didn't change the gloves between the clients and had holes in them. I wasn't offered even a glass of water despite it being very hot outside. The stylist also cut my finger a bit while cleaning the cuticles.
