Nice spot with skilled barbers, but prices are on the higher side.
I came here 3 times. The first time was great, great fade and beard trim. The 2nd time the barber (same guy) completely ruined my hairline, created a M shape and pushed back the corners of my hairline. The third time I just went for a for bread trim, no haircut, thinking there’s no way he (same guy) could mess this up. The barber even asked if I wanted the same beard trim as last time and I said yes. He completely changed my beard, shaving off most of my facial hair and lowering the beard line so I have a chin strap look. This feels like a cruel joke. He said this is what he thought looked best.
Unfortunately, there’s no way of controlling who the barber is when you book the appointment, otherwise I would’ve selected someone else. I’m VERY disappointed things kept getting worse for me here. Needless to say, the search for decent barber in Vienna continues.
