I typically get a haircut every three weeks, yet in over a year, I’ve only had the “privilege” of being cut by the owners twice. Appointments don’t matter; I faced at least 30 minutes of delays each time. I often got inexperienced barbers who struggled with the basics. After waiting, the owner offered a half-hearted apology while the new barbers fumbled around. They prioritize their regulars over training the staff. It's like paying for a Mercedes but receiving a 1950 Moskvitch. AVOID IT!!!
