Cost was more than advertised online, the hairdresser cut my hair MUCH shorter than I wanted. Cut is uneven. Hairdresser cut my hair dry instead of wet. Hairdresser used clippers instead of actual scissors (what?) to cut my hair. Hairdresser made me stand for the cut. Overall a bizarre and disappointing process. I hate the way my hair looks, and I will never return to this salon.
