The massage wasn’t overly intense, offering a soothing and relaxing experience, but the real effects became noticeable the next day. It seemed to improve lymphatic circulation, as I found myself visiting the bathroom frequently, leaving me feeling refreshed and detoxed.
The option to head straight to the sauna after the massage was a wonderful addition. Relaxing on the loungers after a cold shower was absolutely blissful. The sauna is impeccably clean, and they provide detox water as well.
