It was a very professional experience, and the service provided met my expectations and then some. It was nice touch to be offered a coffee beverage before my appointment, as there is a lovely Cafe that is part of the Salon. Florian was friendly, efficient in the way he worked and gave me the look that suited me well. He has a good eye for that. If I lived in Vienna, I would definitely be a regular, but I would plan for another appointment if I were to travel to Vienna from LA in the future.

Der Salon ist wirklich ein Oase! Die Betreuung ist bestens, die Friseur*innen sind wirklich gut, die Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen inklusive tee und Cafe. Und wenn einem der Sinn nach Croissant, Kuchen oder Snaks steht, wie mir, dann bekommt man auch darin sehr gute Qualität! Danke, liebes Team von Gepp = Gustav Emil Paula Paula!!
