Sadly, this time I was not happy with the service. Boris really appears to not understand even the most basic sentences (either in DE or EN) that express how I'd like my haircut done (and I did put it in very simple words that I merely wanted the length reduced by half). He also made the cut rather assymetrical, with much more hair left in the left sideburn than on the right, which he seemed oblivious about. Been a customer for quite some time, but will not be coming back.
