Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the service. My thick hair requires a bit more care when styling, but the experience felt rushed and rough. My hair was brushed quite harshly during washing, heat protection was only applied after I asked, and during the blow-dry, the heat was often so intense that it caused real discomfort on my scalp.
In the end, my hair didn’t look sleek or styled - it just felt burnt from the heat and pulling.

Worst salon experience ever! The master colourist i paid handed me over to a junior assistants, the result didn’t match what i asked ( i wanted blonde balayage and left with hair darker than before i entered) and of course zero refund or accountability.
