Für eine balayage färbung bin ich zu diesem salon gestoßen. Sehr familiär und aufmerksam. Alle haben einfach alles gemacht damit ich mich entspannen kann. Die kopfmassage war nur das beste bis jetzt. İch bin so enspannt und so glücklich mit meine haare Danke !

Never had a worse experience in a salon in my life. The service was plain horrible!
- no communication: didn't ask how I wanted the balayage, they didn't talk to or look at me, they left me to wait without any info
- extremely hasty and painful treatment
- doing 1000 things at the same time, seemed unfocused and didn't care about me as a customer
- a young hairdresser actually did not know how to brush hair and it was SO PAINFUL! I asked her to be gentle but she rolled her eyes at her colleague
