Andrea is a very nice person. But rather a hairdresser than stylist. - executing the customer wish instead of advising/co-designing the outlook - to hide newly grown grey hair, just applied the color from the previous visit. As my hair became lighter during the summer, there is now a sharp border between newly colored part (dark brown-black) and the rest (light brown-orange. Also the cut made hair look heavy without volume. Made a new appointment with another stylist for new color and shape
