The appointment didn’t take place because the master was sick, but they haven’t called or texted to cancel or postpone. The staff wasn’t aware that I have paid already. Another hairdresser asked to take a look at my hair, and started to complain loud enough for other clients to hear about my hair condition. She wanted to take a photo of my hair without asking my ok to send the owner to get her „permission“. They wanted me to sign a waiver if they damage my hair with perm. Very disappointing.
