I recently visited this salon and overall most of the staff were polite and attentive. However, my first interaction with one staff member was uncomfortable as she seemed impatient and handled my hair roughly while I was explaining my request. I wanted my dark roots dyed to match my existing light blonde hair, but due to a misunderstanding the overall color became darker and some areas remain uneven. As I paid for full-head coloring,
