I had a waxing appointment here, and while the staff were friendly and the salon was clean, the waxing was not done thoroughly. There were still quite a few hairs left behind, so I had to finish the job myself at home. Unfortunately, this wasn't the result I expected from a professional service. I hope they pay more attention to detail in the future.
