I made a reservation online and paid in advance as well as emailed the salon. When I arrived the employee laughed and said it's only friends and family today, you have to leave. He had no knowledge of a Treatwell booking. I said no problem, please cancel my appointment. He did not cancel anything and I have to go through Treatwell customer service to get a refund. Very unprofessional experience.
