I went in for highlights and a root retouch, and I’m very happy with the end result. Doris really listens and did a wonderful job, achieving a great color without burning or damaging my hair. I trust her to hear what I want, give honest advice, and manage expectations realistically, which makes a big difference. The salon atmosphere is very pleasant. I enjoy the relaxed setting and having the time to read while the process unfolds. The only small thing I missed this time was the hand massage.
