I arrived early and was still given a seat immediately, Petra (my stylist) explained she had another hair cut before mine (I was very early), but arranged for a drink to be brought and I looked at the hair colours. I explained to Petra I wanted purple balayage and she recommended a reddish purple that would work with my dark hair, I agreed and she got to work! It came out beautifully, the staff were all lovely - a head massage while my hair was being shampooed, a 5 minute hair mask conditioner, and a hand massage were all included as part of my appointment. Additionally everyone kept asking if I wanted anything else to drink - and this was all included.
Very friendly staff, and I'm super happy with my hair - I'll be going back!

Kleiner Verbesserungstip - wenn etwas zusätzlich gemacht wird was zum Aufpreis führt - wäre schön die Info vorher zu haben
