Both Lukas and Anna have been wonderful! Not only professional but extremely helpful and creative in allowing me to have the head washed, after the colour, in a very unusual position as due to my recent back operation I could not recline the body. The colour was as usual perfect and the cut that Lukas made is just fabulous!!! Grazie!!!!!
