It was really hurtful, even after telling her it hurts, she just continued roughly to get it done fast, no excuse or adjusting. One nail/finger was about to start bleeding. They understand not a single german or english word and they don‘t try to understand what you are saying or what you want. Bad quality as well and one nail broke after a week - never happened to me before
