I went for a Thai oil massage with mild back pain. I understand that if I have swelling and lumps on my neck, they need to be massaged out and that is not a pleasant process, but a customer should not have tears in their eyes from a painful massage. And the masseuse knew that it was already painful and just as a massage can relieve, too strong can also hurt. Less is sometimes more and a customer should not leave in a worse state than they came in. Despite this, the masseuse was a very nice lady
