It was a very bad haircut. The bob was not even, one side shorter, another one was longer. He overdid with trimming that there were no longer hair at the end to keep the shape. Still recovering. Plus I was charged more than a Treatwell price. Do not recommend.

All of my Joel Exclusive haircuts have been great. This time, Joel tried something I had never considered before and it is my FAVOURITE haircut of his from the 9 years I have been going. Joel & Etienne are always a joy to see and their service is 100% worth every last penny. If you have "non-Austrian" or "ethnic" hair, go see Joel! You will never fear getting a haircut in Austria again!!!
