I had my first visit to this salon and didn’t feel very welcomed, possibly due to my 12-minute delay caused by traffic, which I had informed them about beforehand. It would be helpful if their website showed clear examples of hair lengths (short, mid, long) as my hair, which reached the middle of my back, was classified as long, though they claim only shoulder-length counts as mid. The stylist accommodated an eyebrow shaping with the remaining time but left my skin damaged around the brows.
