My1st concern arose when I received the confirmation email for my appointment, so I called the salon directly to ask how they were going to wash, cut, and style my hair in1h since I've long hair. After being assured that1h was enough, I decided to give it a try. Well, my hair was washed at 15:00 and by 15:35, I was already paying! How is it possible that a haircut took only8minutes? I'm not satisfied at all with the results; it felt like they were more focused on getting me out the door quickly

Ich war das erste Mal dort und der erste Gedanke war“wow“, wie groß und schön der Laden ist. Vera hat mir bei meinen Wünschen und Ideen aufmerksam zugehört und es dann auch umgesetzt. Bin happy und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Termin in 3 Wochen.
