I came for a freshen up of color and framing but Norbert completely ruined it! Not even getting close to what I asked for, and ruining the previous hair color that I had! He did a full balayage that I never wanted and on top of that he wanted me to pay for it!! He also got mad at me for not liking it and kept making it worst! Thankfully another hairdresser (Vera) I usually go to who is amazing managed to save the damages and the manager took action to apologies for this unacceptable behavior.
