Really pleased with my first visit to KM Hair Academy. Knowledgeable, friendly team who really did their best for me. I had a potentially complex coloring service done and was very pleased with the result. Barbara was both engaging and smart about what she was doing, was careful to record the color-mix and strategy we used, and also discussed ideas for my next visit. I appreciated her attention to detail and interest in maintaining me as a continuing customer. No sales pressure to buy any products either, but I did anyway!
Finally, I can't say enough about how easy it was to book my appointment and how quickly I was "in the chair" relative to my scheduled time. I'm really busy, as most people are, and having a reliable appointment time matters a lot to me. Thanks for a great experience!
