I've never had a back massage (or been to a spa) before, so I had no idea what to expect.
Everyone at the spa was super helpful and friendly, despite my broken German.
For the back massage, I was simultaneously in constant pain and also half asleep for the whole time - it felt like 5 rather than 20 minutes. 10/10 - perfect first spa/massage experience!
