Sitting at the desk all day caused severe neck and back pain. Therefore I got the Nacken- und Schulter Massage. Extra attention was paid to the places which were extremely tight/stiff. In general, the massage helped to relieve the pain and I could feel an immediate change. The next day I could sit in the office without constantly having to self-massage.
