This is the first time I’ve ever had to ask a salon to redo my manicure as the first attempt hadn’t fully painted my nails. We decided on a different colour that was ‘better’ for shellac but I had to complain first or they would have let me leave like that. Receptionist helped out with complaint after being super unfriendly at checkin. Salon is clean and the other customers seemed happy so maybe I was unlucky but won’t be going again.
