I had a design idea and i showed them and hoa who works there rolled her eyes and asked extra (minimum) 28 euro more for it. At the end, I didnt choose it of course because it is ridiculous to pay extra that much. She was rushing it so much and she was not gentle at all with my hands. She made my nails good but how she made me feel was just unwanted and I don’t think she enjoys her job. Also, they shared the same tools with another customer. Not sure if i go to that store again.
