I asked for normal manicure, the profesisonal struggled with doing it, had to ask a colleague. the manicure hurt and was not delicate.

This is the second time i visited them and I book Acrylic filling with color even if I want a natural one. This time i chose the most basic nails in the whole universe, just a bit glitter on the edges and they charged me extra 15 euro. Never again
