My nails were brutally cut for no reason, apparently just to stick some plastic tips on them with glue. That made no sense to me, since I didn't even want long nails at all. The girl didn't seem to understand I wanted them to be short. I got an awful square shape cause "they were too short for other shapes". What?! I've had my nails done since many years...I was confused. I finished and went straight to Bipa to get a file to adjust the horrible result.
