The salon is cheap but the workers don‘t disinfect clients or their own hands or wear gloves. I told the technician I wanted to use acetone for removal as I have done before with Biosculpture and she gaslit me, used two drills, burnt my finger (it was bleeding later on) and ruined my nails. I wish I had walked away when she refused my wishes. My nails are in pain and filed right down and I am worried about infection. Never have I had this kind of pain from a removal.
