Unfortunately, the skill of the practitioner is completely different every time and this time I had the worst experience. I strongly recommend booking directly by phone as the app does not allow you to decide who your practitioner is. I would recommend the salon itself as last time my gel nails lasted beautifully 4 weeks, but my experience today is not satisfactory!
