I booked eyebrow waxing (in addition to mani/pedi) and even upon arrival no one said this would not be possible. After the other treatments, which were great, I was told that only threading would be possible. I agreed as I had no other choice. During the process they messed up my freshly manicured nails and injured my eyelid, such that I was bleeding and I still have a scar right now. In short, it was a disaster and I have a ball this Sat and cannot hide the scar, even with eyeshadow!
