Manager called me saying that the colleague I have originally booked for my treatment was suddenly unavailable and that he has another colleague who is “very experienced”. But from what I have seen throughout the process of treatment, I was not satisfied. I already paid, I was already here, was already on the process, so I could not just stop and leave. Seriously, this was waste of my money. I always feel happy after my nails getting done, but this was the first time ever that I felt like this.
