The worst experience ever! The gel removal was so painful and although I complained several times, the girl did not change a single thing. I feared she will damage my nails and indeed she did. After the manicure my nails are so soft and hurt so much that I can barely touch my phone to type a message. Unbelievable! Never will I step a foot in this salon again! Additionally, I made the app payment for the appointment and the shellack removal was included (which is more complicated than a gel lack
