I visited 3 weeks ago and had a wonderful experience, so I happily came back. This time I started feeling some pain during the pedicure, which may have been my own sensitivity that day. What disappointed me wasn't the discomfort itself, but how the lady handled it. Instead of checking in or adjusting, she seemed annoyed and was mumbling. That reaction made me uncomfortable enough that I left before the final polish and finished at home. The pain I understand,the response is what let me down.
