They do their job well all together. Very chaotic atmosphere. I have waited 20 min without anyone approaching to me or apologizing for such a long waiting time. For the Maniküre appointment that was lasting exactly 20 min. (I had my appointment booked in advance). The lady that was doing my nails don’t speak any English or German so communication with her was impossible. Would advise you to wear a mask if you go there because of very strong smells
