Even though it looks like a lot of effort was invested in the salon, the service is not the best at all. My appointment was 10 minutes late which then resulted in me bouncing among 3 nail artists since the one who was originally supposed to do my nails was rushing to finish to be ready for the next customer. This was also evident on the manicure since they almost let me go with red nailpolish beneath my nail and on the skin surrounding my nails. Had I not complained, they would have let me go like that. Not to mention that they left my cuticles dry... I didn’t feel completely comfortable because almost all nail artists were speaking in their native language and giving me looks as if I had made a mistake and not them. I felt like I was a burden and not a desired customer... Is it so hard to paint the nails only, be organized and nice, and actually do a proper manicure from start to finish?!
