Bin seit vielen Jahren Stammkundin bei Lan. Sie macht einen ausgezeichneten Job, arbeitet extrem sauber und sehr genau. Pediküre hält immer top und ich gehe ungern zu wem anderen. Danke!

I was booked at a different person, but the respective person was on holiday and someone had to substitute. I did not feel completely safe nor understood and wanted to leave and get the money back, however this was not possible as I payed already through Treatwell (I didn't want at the end to do the Oberlippe waxing and got the money back for it). 2 weeks now later and the Intim looks bad and I got irritation. Giving 2 stars for the colleague who helped with arm waxing as she was very friendly
