Victoria did a fine job, but she felt quite unfriendly and rough. For this price, a bit more positive atmosphere would be welcome.

I have been going to this salon for a long time and recently I started getting new ladies as my nail techs even though I always book with my old one and then I just find out one day before my appointment that it's not her when I cannot cancel anymore. I have to admit that quality went down even though the price is still very high.

Es war das 2. Mal bei Sophia und ich war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht (beim 1. Mal war ich recht unglücklich, aber jeder verdient eine 2. Chance). Ich komme wieder.
