At this salon you pay an above-average price for a gel manicure - for this reason I expect my nail artist to smile at me at least ONCE during the session and not to be rude, pull my hands, talk to me as if she is working for free and doing me a favor?! I am a paying customer and while we do not have to be best friends, a smile once in a while would be nice - and I don’t care if she doesn’t speak any language that I do - kindness doesn’t need a translation. Will not be back.
