The place was chaotic, i had to wait for a long time outside of my appointment to get help. The only thing they did for the pedicure was shave off some dead skin cells and cut my nails. No scrub, file, cream etc. When removing the gel polish and prepping my nail bed they cut into my cuticle several times, which caused my feet to bleed. They removed the gel polish unevenly, which makes the regular polish look horrible. The nail tech was hanging on the wet polish while painting. Really bad job.

Termin hat nicht stattgefunden weil Mitarbeiterin krank ist und dir Besitzerin hat sich geweigert Termin ordnungsgemäß zu stornieren. Betrag wurde nicht zurückerstattet sie haben einfach mein Geld eingesteckt
